As a part of our Garden Services Team, the Gardener will share responsibility for daily oversight of the on-site property management of assigned Clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate with Lead Gardener and assigned clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead by example, ensuring adherence to Britescape standards and core values.
  • Embody safety compliance expectations in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
  • Work with Lead Gardener to manage every aspect of the residential landscape to meet Britescape standards, including property management, weeding, mulching, mowing, fine pruning, planting, and irrigation & lighting troubleshooting and repair.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying terrain and weather conditions.
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop a positive rapport with clients and team members.
  • Valid Driver's License

Compensation

The pay range for this position starts at $23-$26 per hour , depending on experience. (Relevant degrees and professional experience will be considered additional experience)
