Location: Dream Hollywood, 6417 Selma Ave, Hollywood, CA 90028 Department: Food & Beverage Reports To: F&B Manager / General Manager Employment Type: Part-Time/Full-Time, Non-Exempt Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM Compensation: $25.00/hour plus tipsAbout the Role

Dream Hollywood is seeking an energetic, guest-focused Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. You'll be the first point of contact for guests each morning, crafting quality coffee and beverages while delivering the warm, elevated hospitality experience Dream Hollywood is known for.

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to guest and brand standards
• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to hotel guests and outside customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee bar/station throughout the shift
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment; report maintenance issues promptly
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code standards
• Restock inventory and communicate supply needs to management
• Assist with light food prep or pastry display as needed
• Uphold Dream Hollywood's brand and service standards at all times

• Prior barista or coffee shop experience preferred
• California Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work early mornings, including weekends and holidays
• Basic cash handling and POS experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
